Wendy and Scott were great to work with. Very professional, very up-front about everything, and right on top of their games when it came to the process. Buying this house was a complicated process, involving a divorce, settlement agreements, refinancing on my ex-wife’s house, and a remote and somewhat unresponsive seller who was in the midst of his own crisis. Additionally, the lender on my side put us through a bunch of extra hoops about the appraisal and divorce papers, and my ex-wife’s lender put us through a similar set of obstacles. Through it all, Wendy and Scott were knowledgeable and helpful, and the process would not have gone nearly as smoothly without them and their skills. Honest and fair to all sides of the transaction, they never missed a beat. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Thank you so much for our house warming gift. I love the cute little turtle; I have put him to good use. You have been great, thank you for helping Tom and me find the “perfect” home for us – well, once we knock down the kitchen wall, get all the wallpaper off, paint and then update the bathroom, THEN it will be the perfect place for us. It’s just like any house it needs special touches to make it a home. We have really been moving fast on the remodeling. Please come and visit and see all our changes, I will give you a call when we do move in and you can see all the hard work we have done. There are so many decisions to make but Tom and I are having a great time with all of them, well as long as he agrees with what I want (ONLY KIDDING!).
