Walk Throughs

Prior to closing, about a day or so, the buyer will do a walk through with their agent to make sure the house is in good condition.  After the inspection and any requests that may have been discussed during the Agreed Home Repairs addendum, the buyer will be making sure these requests have been completed and that no significant damage has been done to the home since they last visited.  Please leave your home clean and in move-in condition.  If you do not, closing can be delayed or canceled due to the poor condition of the home.  Don’t let this be a deal breaker!
