Accepting an Offer

The moment has arrived; you have an offer(s). First thing to keep in mind, as hard as it may be, this is a business decision. Negotiation is part of the process, people have different reasons/ beliefs and sometimes it is hard to understand where a person is coming from. You need to look over the offer and consider each portion for its own merits.
